Great 1/6 Daguerreotype MAGIC BACKGROUND Vignette to Conceal Hidden Mother skull The original seals came offSixth plate daguerreotype of a scared little girl in the lap of a hidden covered adult, who is partially concealed by the use of a "magic background" style vignette. Dag is UNCASED, as found. It appears to still be sealed, but I have NOT taken it apart to examine the seals any more than what you see in my scan. Image is in very good antique condition the plate has quite a few random spots of tarnish, but under magnification I see no damage those lines
