Vintage Quebec Felt Flag Size:7" x 22" Oil on canvas:: Vintage Quebec felt flag banner that is so charming and fun! Complete with a large graphic of a Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman (Monty) riding on horseback with a two maple leaves next to him with the word "Canada" written underneath. Circa 1960s, this felt flag pennant is in very good condition commensurate with age, exhibiting light creasing with no tears and perhaps minor oxidation and or pinholes.
