Berliner and his business partner Manny Lyttlestone staged promotions at Premierland, a famous boxing venue in Whitechapel, between 1924 and 1930. He managed bantamweight Alf 'Kid' Pattenden, but he was forced to retire from boxing in 1931 due to eye trouble. A Churchman's Cigarettes picture card.
