Crisp, slightly tannic with earthy undertones that add to this ciders depth. The well rounded properties of the apple are accentuated by it's time spent aging in Oak barrels. Eremita has a big, bold expression that is tart and a tad funky with great body and tannin. Organic and unfiltered, no added SO2
