This particular set dates to approximately 1948 and was produced by Evans plywood company (the earliest manufacturer of these chairs). Notable also is that they were specified in Walnut, which contrasts the metal legs beautifully. These chairs retain their original feet, shock mounts (some may have been replaced during their lifetime), and screws. The walnut
