Musar Jeune Rose AIX Dishes: Coq au VinWhen we think of Lebanon, we think of delicious food and a beautiful country. We think much less of the wonderful wines that come from here. Why? We have no idea, because what gems come from here! Chateau Musar traces its origins back to 1930 when Gaston Hochar returned to Lebanon from Bordeaux. He had gained a lot of experience and saw potential in Lebanon as a wine country. That same year, he planted his first vineyards, with help from a winemaker
