Due to a long maturation (First Fill), of almost three years, the Quadrupel has been able to make the Eggens Quadrupel completely its own, and to absorb all the flavors from the old cognac barrel. Beautiful complex flavors with a lot of depth, without the sharp edges due to the long maturation. Batch: #MAR Q3 2024, total two barrels resulting
