A double T strap with one suede covered buckle. They have leather soles and are made in Italy. Lovely gold insoles with the name. All leather and the inside heel backs are suede. Marked a size 6 M and they appear to be so. Please read the sizing carefully. Outside bottom length 9 1 4"
