I have had this dress before and it feel even more relevant and better this time

The bodice is cut long so it can be draped above an added belt to the waist can be worn lower on the hips for a more hippie feel

This is one of those rare cases when you can date the garment exactly as the tag is hand written with the client name

It skims and hugs the hips and the back is set low

It is just gorgeous

The fabric is very unusual it seems to be an early synthetic almost a nylon type fabric that has open cut work eyelets from top to bottom! The skirt is lovely and full with a built in tulle underskirt already in place to add a touch of fullness. The top is darling I love the simple cut
