Great for cold weather days over a turtleneck. It zips all the way up and also has snaps. Warning, the snaps are hard to snap. I got all snapped but two. the very top, and the very bottom. You might have better luck. Either way, it looks amazing on because it's all zipped up. Size XS. Runs true to size. No stretch. 32 34 bust 21
