The hem is trimmed in 3 inch fringe. Center closes with a single cord tie. Fabric has the feel of an acrylic blend. As for the condition, I have found one single streak of age related staining on the right side, waist area. Otherwise it is in great condition, showing little to no wear or age. No label. Shoulders side to side are 28 inches and the length is 36
