70's Blue Cotton Anchor Skirt herat sweater Hips: 38''Sail away in this long 1970s skirt featuring extra large anchor. White trim and curved hem. Very good vintage conditiona few small rust colored stains on the trim from being hung for years on a metal hanger. Otherwise no stains or tears. Wrap style means it accommodates a range of sizes but laid flat is a 32W and 40L.
