It's a gorgeous shade of turquoise blue in a very nice soft, nubby linen. The top is fully lined and sports two pockets in front and a belt that snaps in the front. The buttons are chunky white pearlized plastic. The skirt has a metal zipper and button closure at the narrow waistband. It is lined in the back, halfway. This would make such a pretty spring outfit or Easter suit. There are no maker labels, fabric
