I assumed that the fabric was silk organza but was quite surpeised to see that the fabric tag says it's cotton either way, it's a semi sheer, stiffened voile or organza fabric that has a lot of body. There is no size label, but based on the waist size, which is an unyielding 24 24. 5 inches, we are estimating it to be a size
