Very nice 1960s style but I believe to be 1980s due to the shoulder pads and construction techniques

It fastens with a fabric covered hook and eye in the lining

Does have the tie and two pockets on the front. There are a few small holes as shown in pictures but otherwise good condition. Measured laying flat pit to pit with edges overlapped 25 inches. Length 48 inches. Modern size up to 2X.
